Length: 45 in from shoulder to hem, Width: 53 in including sleeves
This tunic and T.93-1924 were both bought from Miss F. Thomas, 73 Chestnut Grove, Balham, London SW12 in 1924; received 29th April. (RP 1924/2878 - needs to be followed up) They had been excavated by Monsieur A. Gayot and exhibited at Paris in 1900.
Linen tunic with embroidered bands, ornamented with widely psaced lines of vertically set small geometrical designs, embroidered in scarlet wool. The front of the neck, and the sleeve-hems have a narrow geometric border.
