physical_description
The relief, which is long but not very high is divided in sections by half-columns. The sections contain figures and sacred objects under caitya arches with round pendants. The human figures emerge from the ground at mid-thigh level. From the right, we recognize the bodhi tree. In the next section a youth holding an alms bowl in his left hand with right hand raised. In the next section a worshipper in anjalimudra turns towards the left, where the Buddha's patra is standing on a base under the niche. In the last section a worshipper turns towards the bowl.
