physical_description
In the shape of a bird, of pale greenish jade with discoloured striation. A profile figure cut from a thin plaque with rounded edges tapered at the extremities and with shallow incised details repeated on either side. The bird is shown perching with pendant short bifurcated tail and talons (perhaps broken and ground off), the tail feathers swept upwards, the eye a circle, with small hooked beak, no crest.
