Chang Jin is a well known Nanjing-based ink painter, a key member of a movement to revitalise 'literati' painting traditions. The designer of this catalogue, Guang Yu, is a member of the MEWE Design Alliance who lives and works in Beijng. He creatively borrows from the traditional technique of thread-binding by turning the thread into strokes that spell out the painter's name. [2009]
